4. Order Processing and Cancellations

Customer Cancellations:
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
A cancellation is not guaranteed and will only be accepted if the order has not yet entered the packing or shipping process.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Stock shortages

  • Quality or safety concerns

  • Incorrect or unverifiable delivery information

  • Unforeseen operational issues

If we cancel an order, we will notify you promptly.

Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or dietary sensitivities; all ingredients are listed clearly
