Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days within the UK.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot accept liability.
Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • Stock is unavailable

  • There are quality or safety concerns

  • We cannot verify delivery information

  • Unexpected operational issues arise

A full refund will be issued immediately if this occurs.
